Two Generations, One Mission: Your Safety
The foundation of San Luis Environmental was built on over 20 years of hands-on experience. Our founding president, David Ibarra, spent two decades mastering the janitorial and carpet cleaning industry, becoming a trusted name for property maintenance in our community.
During those 20 years, David noticed a shift: more and more clients were reaching out in a panic, needing urgent help with water damage and flooding. He realized that “cleaning up” wasn’t enough—his clients needed a certified expert who could handle the structural and health risks that come with moisture.
To meet this need, David went back to the classroom, earning professional certifications in Water Damage Restoration and Mold Remediation. With this new expertise, he teamed up with his son, Missael, to co-found San Luis Environmental. Together, David and Missael have combined decades of traditional work ethic with modern restoration science, creating a family-owned business dedicated to restoring the health and safety of your home.
